Objective:

Resolve urban planning issues at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park. Some of the identified issues are: inefficient infrastructure, air and water pollution, flooding, and unnatural lakes and wetlands.

Solution:

Create a system(s) to regraft the agencies into a unified structure; a heterogeneous landscape with adaptable / flexible infrastructure and program integrated into the natural environment.
